Call charges and information

0845 numbers – For BT business customers, calls will cost no more than 4.5p per minute, minimum call charge 6p.

0870 numbers – For BT business customers, calls will cost no more than 13.8p per minute, plus 18p call set-up fee.

0844 581/811/848 numbers – For BT business customers, calls will cost no more than 5.5p per minute, minimum call charge 6p.

0500 and 0800 numbers are free if made from a UK landline.

Calls may be monitored and/or recorded in order to maintain high levels of security and quality of service.

Not with BT?

Non-BT customers and mobile phone users should contact their service providers for information about the cost of calls.
