Overview

Now that you've successfully applied for ePDQ Lite, you're just three simple steps from accepting payments for orders via telephone, mail order and fax.

1. Get your log in details

  • In order to set you up with an ePDQ Lite store to use, our eCommerce Support Team will send you an email with your ePDQ store ID and web address.
  • When you receive our email, you need to call us on the number given to obtain your store password. To obtain this, you'll need to answer some security questions to confirm your identity.
  • We recommend that you read our password policy to help you understand how it affects the use of your ePDQ store, before you start using it.
  • Only after we confirm your ePDQ store ID, username and password should you start to use ePDQ Lite.

2. Download our operating guides

We've put together these documents that explain how to get the most out of your ePDQ Lite. It's important you understand and are aware of all its main functions before you process your first transaction.

Please be aware that ePDQ Lite doesn't support Experian Risk Service, Fraud Analyser, Paypal, Batch Authorisation, ClearCommerce Payer Authentication and Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode services.

3. Activate your account

When you're confident that you understand how to use ePDQ Lite and are ready to start taking live transactions, you need to activate your ePDQ account by filling in a few details on our ePDQ Account Activation form.

You'll need to provide your merchant number and ask for your ePDQ Lite account to be activated. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be actioned.

Once your account is live, we'll send you an email as confirmation. You should only start processing transactions, which should be carried out in Production or (P) mode, after you've received this email from us.
