As a cardholder, online services allows you to:

  • View your account summary information including current balance, credit limit and recent transactions
  • View and download your cardholder statement
  • Define and run basic reports around your spending

How do I register?

Registration is straightforward, however if you would like more help please follow the steps below.

    Choose a username, password and passcode to use each time you log in to online services.

    After completing your user details, fill in the rest of the cardholder form.

  • 1. Create user ID

    Complete top half of the form under 'Create a User ID and password'.

    You'll need to enter your name and email address. This will be the email address used to send any notifications to you such as advising your statement is ready.

    Create a memorable user ID, password and passcode. They are required each time you log in to Online Services.

  • 2. Register as a cardholder

    Once you have created your login details, you can fill in the rest of the form with your card account details.

    If there is a link for 'Cardholders click here to register' select this before filling in your account details to ensure you register correctly.

  • 3. Card account details

    To complete your registration you need to enter your card details:

    • Card account number - this is the long 16-digit number found on the front of your card.
    • Name on card - the name on the second line of your card
    • Expiry Date – the expiry date as shown on the card.
    • Credit limit – this is the limit against your card and can be found on your welcome letter or monthly statement. If you are unsure of the limit please contact your company administrator.
  • 4. Accept terms and conditions

    A message appears once successfully registered. You can either choose the option to register another account, or select 'Continue' to display the terms and conditions.

    The End User Licence Agreement (EULA) displayed are your terms and conditions for using Barclaycard Online Services. Please note - there is no need to download any software to use Online Services. It is purely a web-based application.

    You must accept the EULA on your first log in to be able to use the system. You will only need to do this once.

You are a cardholder if:

  • You have a Barclaycard Commercial or Business card
  • You want to view your account summary information including current balance, credit limit and recent transactions and download your cardholder statement
  • You want to define and run basic reports around your spending
I am a cardholder

You are an account administrator if:

  • You manage the card programme for a company
  • You have responsibility for the company or card accounts or are a business owner (e.g. sole trader)
  • You want to view company and cardholder statements, define and run reports looking at card spend on the account and add or amend users
