Overview

How gold and platinum corporate cards help your business

Give employees a flexible way to pay that's within your control, while reducing time spent on admin. Depending on your company's needs, you can apply for either gold or platinum cards. Both are a superb choice for medium and large businesses that value efficiency.

Control how much employees spend

Sign up for either corporate card account and issue charge cards, confident that ultimate control remains yours. By setting a spending limit for every card, it's easier for emloyees to adhere to your company's travel policy.

Monitoring transactions is easy online, where you can see how much each cardholder has spent, where they spent it and with whom.

Streamline your expenses

For little up-front investment, corporate cards simplify and secure your payments. You can automate invoice payments, key reconciliation and reporting tasks to reduce the time, cost and errors that are common with manual data entry.

Our Management Information (MI) reports make it easier to analyse how much different divisions of your company spend with suppliers, helping you forecast accurately and negotiate volume discounts.

Less stress when staff travel

To protect cardholders who are away on short trips or international business, we offer extra support with both accounts.

  • 24 hour international SOS support centre
Our multilingual advisors are there to help if employees need medical or emergency travel services.
  • Personal Travel Accident Cover for four people
Travellers, including the cardholder, who are in transit on public transport are covered for up to £100,000.

Since they're insured and have no concerns about carrying cash, foreign currency or using personal credit cards, employees are free to focus on the important business at hand.
