Call Charges and Information

  • 0845 – For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 4.5p per minute, plus 13.9p call set-up fee (current at April 2013). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
  • 0870 – For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 8.5p per minute, plus 13.9p call set-up fee (current at April 2013). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
  • 0844  556⁄581⁄811824⁄848 – For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 5.5p per minute, plus 13.9p call set-up fee (current at April 2013). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different. Please check the BT price list for charges for other 0844 numbers as charges vary depending on the 3 digits following 0844.
  • Calls to 0500 and 0800 numbers are free if made from a UK landline.
  • Calls to 0333 numbers cost no more than a national rate call and are included in 'inclusive minutes' for mobiles.
  • For BT residential customers, calls to the Oyster helpline will cost no more than 5p per minute, although there may be a connection charge (current at April 2013). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
