Terms and Conditions for 5% Reward Money Promotion in conjunction with Barclaycard

This reward can only be earned once per specified cardholder

Participants

  1. The Promotion is only available to Barclaycard Freedom cardholders who are residents of the United Kingdom when paying with their Barclaycard ("Cardholders").

5% Reward Money Promotion

  1. To take advantage of the Promotion, Cardholders must make 3 (three) Qualifying Transactions during the Promotional Period. Cardholders will earn 5% (five per cent) Reward Money (as defined in the terms and conditions relating to the Cardholder's participation in Barclaycard Freedom) on the total value of their 3rd (third) Qualifying Transaction.

  2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, a "Qualifying Transaction" means a minimum spend of £25 (twenty five pounds sterling) in a single transaction on fuel, lubricants and other shop goods at participating Shell Service Stations in GB during the Promotional Period by a Cardholder using their Barclaycard.
  3. The promotional period is from 1st April 2010 to 15th May 2010 inclusive (the "Promotional Period").
  4. Save as set out above in paragraphs 2-4 above, all other terms and conditions applicable to the use of Barclaycard continue to apply .
  5. The award of 5% Reward Money pursuant to this Promotion will take place automatically.
  6. Reward Money will be added to your Barclaycard Reward account by Barclaycard after payment has been received, typically within 3 working days of the date of the Qualifying Transaction and not by the Shell Service Station at which any Qualifying Transaction was made. The award of Reward Money to Cardholder accounts is a matter for Barclaycard. In the event that a Cardholder has a query with regard to the award of Reward Money, the Cardholder should contact Barclaycard

  1. The promotional offer is only available once per cardholder

General

  1. These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  2. The promoter is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited, Shell Centre, York Road, London SE1 7NA
  3. No correspondence should be sent to the above address.
  4. The Promotion can be combined with other Barclaycard Reward Money offers which are running during the Promotional Period.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, Barclaycard Freedom Cardholders who are also members of the Shell Drivers' Club or the Shell V-Power Club will also earn Shell Drivers’ Club points or Shell V-Power Club Points, as the case may be and in accordance with the Shell Drivers' Club/Shell V-Power Club terms and conditions, on Qualifying Transactions.
