Cashback Terms and Conditions

  1. Cashback will be earned on purchases made with your Barclaycard at the rate of 5% of the amount of the purchase on Transport for London (TfL) spending until 1st August 2010.
  2. Purchases which are refunded are not eligible. Any purchases refunded to your card will be deducted from the total of your eligible purchases for the month in which the refund is made.
  3. We will pay you any cashback on transactions debited that month.
  4. A maximum of £15 of cashback may be earned for Transport for London (TfL) purchases each month (statement) until 1st August 2010. Once you have earned the maximum amount any further purchases that you make during that month will not qualify for cashback.
  5. The following stations are excluded from the 5% TfL cashback offer: All Docklands Light Rail (DLR), Heathrow Terminal 5, North Wembley, South Kenton.
  6. Any purchases you make after exceeding your Barclaycard credit limit, or which result in you exceeding your limit, will not be eligible.
  7. You will lose any unpaid cashback if:
    a) You breach the Barclaycard Conditions in two consecutive months, either by failing to make your minimum payment or by exceeding your credit limit; or
    b) Your Barclaycard account is closed.
  8. We may refuse to pay any cashback due to you if we take any of the steps in condition 10.1 of your Barclaycard Conditions in relation to your Barclaycard.
  9. We may change these terms or withdraw the cashback scheme at any time, by putting a message in your monthly statement or sending you a separate written notice.
  10. These terms are subject to the Barclaycard Conditions.
