Interest charging information

BHS MasterCard balance transfer terms and conditions

  1. You can transfer up to 90% of your credit limit, depending on the available credit limit on your account.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse a credit card balance transfer or to limit the amount you can transfer.
  3. A 2.99% handling fee will apply to each 0% interest balance transfer you make.
  4. We can’t accept transfer from cards or loans issued by companies within the Barclays Group.
  5. If you choose to close your account with other lenders, please let them know in writing.
  6. You should continue to make payments to other lenders until the balance has been confirmed.
  7. At the end of their promotional periods, Promotional Balances will be transferred to the Standard Balance and the standard rate will apply unless they relate to cash transactions in which case they will be transferred to the Cash Balance and the cash rate will apply.
  8. We will transfer Promotional Balances to the Standard Balance or the Cash Balance (as relevant) at the end of the promotional period and also if you break this agreement.
  9. We will also apply the standard rate (or cash rate if applicable) to Promotional Balances before the end of their promotional periods if you do not make at least your minimum payment by the payment due date or if you exceed your credit limit at any time.
