It is possible to download your statements.

A number of formats are provided that are compatible with different software packages, including Microsoft Money, Spreadsheets such as Excel, and MYOB for PC and MAC.

Online account services works with a wide range of browsers. Barclaycard also tests the services against Navigator and Internet Explorer versions 4 and above, so you can be sure the system will work correctly when you use one of these browser types.

We will apply payments we receive to your account in the following order:

1. Promotional balances (including interest)
2. Interest and other charges
3. Standard Balances
4. The Cash Balance

How do I query a transaction on my account?

Our online Account Services now provides you with an interactive statement that can reveal additional information on specific transactions.
