I have forgotten my identification number (ID number) for account services - how can I find out what it is?

You can see your ID number online by clicking the forgotten details link on the account services log in page.

You will need information from your most recent Barclaycard paper statement, and you will need to have your Barclaycard to hand to complete the process.

I have forgotten my memorable word for account services - what do I do?

You can view your memorable word reminder that you have created, by clicking on the link when you are logging in to your account online. The reminder is only to remind you of what you have chosen, and is not the memorable word.

I have forgotten or want to change my passcode for account services, what do I need to do?

You can do this online via the Forgotten Details link on the account services log in page https://bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/ecom/as/doLogon.do?x=49&y=35. You will need information from your most recent Barclaycard paper statement, and you will need to have your Barclaycard to hand to complete the process.

I have made a debit card payment online but I don't have the reference number, what do I do?

Log into your account and check your access log by selecting the option on the left hand menu. This will show you the details of all payment requests in the last 6 months, including when it was submitted, whether it was successful or not and the reference number.

If a payment result with a reference number does not appear in your log, your request did not fully submit, and you should retry.

If I can't remember my memorable word for account services even after seeing my reminder, what can I do?

Please call the Barclaycard Internet Team on 0161 953 5501 to change your memorable word. For security reasons this must be completed over the phone.

If I have more than one Barclaycard how do I see them both together online?

Once you have registered your first Barclaycard, you will have the option to register any additional Barclaycards you have as well.

Is my statement secure once it has been downloaded from account services?

No. Once your statement is downloaded, it is no longer secure as it is stored on your computer. It is then your responsibility to ensure it is secure.
