Why do I need to pick drop down letters for my memorable word?

Some computer viruses monitor the keys you press and send this information to a third party. Using the mouse means these types of virus cannot detect which letter you have entered and reduces the risk of your memorable word details being compromised without your knowledge.

Barclaycard cannot detect any viruses that you may have on your own pc, so to increase your protection we recommend you use your mouse instead of the keyboard to enter your memorable word information.
