I've forgotten my Barclaycard Secure Password what do I do?

You'll need to log-in to your Barclaycard Secure account, which would have been set up when you registered for Barclaycard Secure.

Once successfully logged in - select the 'Forgot your password, click here' link that appears on the transaction record. In the following page, type your login name, and then enter the registration information. You will then be able to select a new password.

What do I need to do to use Barclaycard Secure?

Here's how it works...

1. When you register your Barclaycard for this free service you'll be asked to choose a password for your card.
2. Then, when you make an online purchase with a participating retailer, during the secure sales process you'll be asked to enter this password.
3. When your password is entered correctly the transaction will be authorised straight away as usual.

If the password entered is incorrect, the transaction will be declined to protect you from possible fraud.

What format should my Barclaycard Secure password be in?

Your Barclaycard Secure password must contain between 6 and 15 characters, and must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number, and must not be similar to either login name or personal message.
