Call Charges and Information

1. For BT residential customers, calls to 0870, 0845, 0844 848 and 0844 811 numbers will cost no more than 8p per minute, plus 6p call set-up fee (current at June 2008). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
2. Calls to 0500 and 0800 numbers are free if made from a UK landline. Calls may be monitored or recorded in order to maintain high levels of security and quality of service.
3. For BT residential customers, calls to the Oyster helpline will cost no more than 3.5p per minute, (current at June 2008). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
