Buildings Insurance

From emergency roof repairs to dealing with a flood, it’s a relief to know you’re covered for some significant unexpected costs. Our quality insurance policy will help you get back to normal as quickly as possible.

Our Buildings Insurance includes:

  • The reassurance that you have up to £500,000 in buildings cover for your main residence.
  • Protection from water, storm, flood and fire damage or theft - something which can be costly and which you have no control over.
  • Any accidental damage that may occur to fixed glass such as windows, shower screens and sanitary fixtures.
  • Any accidental damage to underground services including pipes, septic tanks and drain covers.
  • Up to 20% of the total value of your buildings insurance to pay for alternative accommodation for you and your family should you need to move out of your home for any period of time.
  • The knowledge that you have up to £2,000,000 for your legal liability as the building's owner.
  • The option to add on full accidental damage cover should you want extra protection.

Contents Insurance

If something happens to your personal possessions and the most important things in your home, it’s good to know that we’ll arrange to replace them for you.

Our Contents Insurance includes:

  • The reassurance that you have up to £50,000 cover for the contents of your main residence.

  • New-for-old replacements on most items when you make a claim - no matter how old the item was. Exclusions apply, see full policy†.

  • A minimum 12-month guarantee on any replacement goods arranged by us, so that should they become faulty you don’t have to worry about the cost.

  • If the keys to your external doors are stolen, we’ll pay up to £500 for replacement locks.

  • Any accidental damage cover for audio, TV and recording equipment, games, and computers.

  • The convenience of being able to extend your protection to cover your personal possessions when you’re out and about.

  • Extra protection for valuables and jewellery of up to £10,000.
