Buildings Insurance

• Up to £500,000 buildings cover as standard for your main residence only.
• Protection against the five perils (escape of water, storm, flood, fire and theft).
• Cover includes accidental damage to fixed glass, like windows and shower screens, and sanitary fixtures.
• Accidental damage to underground services, including pipes, septic tanks and drain covers provided as standard.
• Alternative accommodation for you and your pets, 20% of the building's sum insured.
• Cover for your legal liability as the building's owner, up to £2,000,000.
• The option to choose full accidental damage cover.

Our Buildings Cover has been awarded a 5-star rating by Defaqto, an independent market research company who compare insurance policies based on the quality of cover. Our 5-star rating means that our buildings insurance is in the top 10% of policies in the market place for quality cover.

Contents Insurance

• Up to £50,000 contents cover as standard for your main residence only.
• New-for-old replacements on most items – see policy document for more details.
• A minimum 12-month guarantee on replacement goods arranged by us.
• Up to £500 for replacement locks if the keys to your external doors are stolen.
• The option to protect your possessions outside of the home.
• Accidental damage as standard for audio, TV and recording equipment, games, and computers.
• Up to £10,000 cover on valuables and jewellery.
