 What is Barclaycard Entertainment?
If you love entertainment, you’ll love Barclaycard. Our range of benefits are free, exclusive to Barclaycard customers and open up a unique world of amazing experiences. Getting tickets to an event couldn’t be easier. We’ve got together with one of the UK's biggest ticket agencies, The Ticket Factory, to provide you with easy access to tickets for many top events and gigs across the UK. All you need is a personal Barclaycard to be able to access our pre-sale and on-sale tickets. Plus, enjoy contactless technology at our venues so you’re not waiting to pay at the bar all evening, giving you more time to enjoy the show.

 Can I pay for tickets using any card?
You can only purchase through Barclaycard Entertainment using a personal Barclaycard credit card, including the new Barclaycard Cashback American Express card. Please note that all other Amex cards, Barclaycard corporate cards and Barclays debit cards are not accepted.
 Do I need to subscribe to access tickets on the website?
No you don’t, anyone with a Barclaycard can purchase tickets through our ticketing pages.
 Who are the tickets sold through?
Tickets purchased via www.barclaycard.co.uk/entertainment are managed by our friends, The Ticket Factory, on our behalf. Should you have any questions regarding your purchase, you can contact The Ticket Factory by emailing barclaycard@theticketfactory.com or calling 0844 581 0785.  What is Fee Free Friday?
Every Friday, book event tickets through our Barclaycard Entertainment site and the admin fees will be automatically taken off at the checkout. All you need to do is buy your tickets using your personal Barclaycard credit card. This offer is available to Barclaycard customers who buy tickets via www.barclaycard.co.uk/events between 00:01 and 23:59 GMT every Friday. Please see call charge FAQs for information on call rates.
 How do I buy tickets with Fee Free Friday?
It’s easy, head to www.barclaycard.co.uk/events to book tickets on a Friday between 00:01 and 23:59 GMT and choose the event you want to go to (events booked through AXS, Ticketmaster or any other ticketing agent that is not The Ticket Factory are not included as part of this promotion). Admin fees are automatically removed from the total purchase amount shown for your tickets. Please note that you cannot use your corporate card or Barclays debit card to be eligible for this promotion.

 I’m not a Barclaycard customer - can I still get tickets without fees on Fee Free Friday?

 Can I benefit from Fee Free Friday when buying pre-sale tickets?
Pre-sale tickets may or may not fall on a Friday. If tickets are available on a Fee Free Friday via www.barclaycard.co.uk/events you can also benefit from no admin fees.
 How many times can I benefit from Fee Free Friday?
You can benefit over and over again. You’re not limited, so you can place as many orders as you like, as long as you book your tickets on a Fee Free Friday through www.barclaycard.co.uk/events for an eligible event using your personal Barclaycard credit card.

 If I buy tickets without admin fees on Fee Free Fridays, does that mean I’ll get an inferior seat compared to someone who has paid the fees?
Absolutely not. Our ticket allocation process is exactly the same and we’ll always offer the best seats we can. See the full range of events.
 Will I get confirmation of my order?

 When will I get my tickets?
The Ticket Factory usually dispatches tickets 7 days before the event. If you haven’t received them and there’s less than 7 days to go before your event please call The Ticket Factory on 0844 581 0785. Lines are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.  How do I purchase disabled access tickets?
All disabled visitors are advised to call The Ticket Factory’s dedicated ticket line number 0844 581 0700 (+44 121 782 3555 from outside the UK) when booking tickets. Lines are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a wheelchair space or have specific requirements, so that we can arrange for everything to be ready on your arrival. We will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually-impaired people. Owing to sound levels involved, we strongly recommend that you do not bring Assistance Dogs to concerts or other loud events. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

 Call Charge FAQs
There is a dedicated Barclaycard Entertainment phone line to book tickets, 0844 581 0785. Calls to this number cost 5p per minute from a BT landline, calls from other networks may vary and calls from mobiles will cost considerably more. Lines are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
 I won a Barclaycard Entertainment prize draw, when will I get my tickets?
When you won one of our prize draws, you were sent an email with information about the event and when you should expect to receive your tickets. Tickets are usually sent 7 days prior to the event or will be available to collect at the box office, where you’ll be required to show ID upon collection. If you would like to check the status of your tickets, please email us on entertainment@barclaycard.co.uk.

 Barclaycard Arena FAQs
 Where is the Barclaycard Arena?
The Barclaycard Arena (formerly the NIA) is in Birmingham. If you are travelling to the venue, the full address is; Barclaycard Arena, King Edwards Rd, Birmingham, B1 2AA.
 My tickets for the Barclaycard Arena haven’t arrived yet, who do I contact?
Tickets are usually sent out around 7 days prior to the event. If your event is within 6 days and you still don’t have your tickets, please contact the company you purchased tickets from.
If you purchased tickets through Barclaycard Entertainment, please contact 0844 581 0785. If you purchased tickets directly through The Ticket Factory, please contact 0844 338 8000. If you purchased through another ticketing agent, please contact them directly and they will be able to help you.

 I won a Barclaycard Entertainment prize draw and my prize was Barclaycard Arena tickets but I don’t have my tickets yet, should I be worried?
No, your tickets are usually sent 7 days prior to the event. If you would like to check the status of your tickets, please email us on entertainment@barclaycard.co.uk.
 As a Barclaycard customer, what perks can I access at the Barclaycard Arena?
As a customer, you have access to some great free perks including; fast-track entry for you plus 3 friends and access to our new customer lounge, the Vista Rooms. Both of these benefits are located at Barclaycard Arena’s Entrance F. You can also make contactless purchases throughout the venue, giving you more time to enjoy the show.

 How do I access fast-track entry?
Bring your personal Barclaycard credit card to show at the fast-track entrance and you plus 3 friends can breeze through the queue straight into the Barclaycard Arena. You’ll find the fast-track entry by Entrance F.
 How do I access the Vista Rooms?
You can book your place in the Vista Rooms at the time of booking your event tickets for the Barclaycard Arena via the Barclaycard Entertainment website (www.barclaycard.co.uk/events). Access to the Vista Rooms is free, on a first come, first served based when you book your event tickets. You can also invite the guests you’re purchasing tickets for, so the whole party can enjoy the exclusive Vista Rooms. You'll find entry to the Vista Rooms by Entrance F.

 I have access requirements, how do I access the Vista Rooms?
If you have access requirements, please head to Entrance A and notify the member of staff at this entrance that you need to get to the ‘Barclaycard Vista Rooms’. They will be able to direct you to the lounge. Please ensure you have your Barclaycard credit card or Vista Rooms ticket to enter the customer lounge.

 I don’t have tickets for the Vista Rooms, can I still get in?
If you haven’t booked your place into the Vista Rooms, come and visit us 1 hour after doors open and we’ll do our very best to get you in, subject to availability, on a first come, first served basis. Don’t forget to bring your Barclaycard credit card. You will find the door to the Vista Rooms located across from Block 6 on the concourse level.
 How will my Vista Rooms tickets arrive?
When you book your Vista Rooms place at the time of booking your event tickets for the Barclaycard Arena via the Barclaycard Entertainment website (www.barclaycard.co.uk/events), you will receive an email confirmation telling you that you have booked into the Vista Rooms. The ticket(s) will follow either as an e-ticket or a physical ticket with your event ticket. If you book 4 Vista Rooms places, you will receive 4 Vista Rooms tickets. Please note that tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold on.

 Who can access the Vista Rooms?
Barclaycard customers get access to the Vista Rooms, for more information see ‘How do I access the Vista Rooms’ and ‘I don’t have tickets for the Vista Rooms, can I still get in’.
Children under the age of 18 are allowed in the Vista Rooms however they need to be accompanied by an adult.

 What can I expect in the Vista Rooms when I’m there?
Start the night right with free access to the exclusive Vista Rooms. Relax and treat yourself to one of our sharing platters and drinks or perhaps something from the Sweet Spot. Share the experience with your family and friends and celebrate that special occasion with us at the Vista Rooms.

 There were some photos taken of me and my party in the Vista Rooms, where will they appear?
The photography taken in the Vista Rooms may appear on Barclaycard channels including; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Vine. If you would like to contact us about photography, please contact entertainment@barclaycard.co.uk.
 I left some personal belongings in the Vista Rooms, how do I contact lost and found?

 How do I get information on concert times?

 Can I get a refund or exchange on my tickets?
No tickets can be refunded or exchanged unless the concert is rescheduled or cancelled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt of your order confirmation and contact The Ticket Factory’s Customer Services team immediately on 0844 581 0785 if you have any queries. Lines are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by The Ticket Factory or their authorised sub-agents) may render them void.
