You and your card

You should now be using your new card and PIN to make your transactions. And if you haven’t already, you’ll start to get your statements from us too. Your Direct Debit details will have been transferred over, so you don’t need to do anything, your monthly repayments will be taken automatically. If you need to check your new payment date or change the amount you pay you can do this by logging in to mybarclaycard.

If you haven’t launched mybarclaycard yet, don’t leave it any longer – it’s easy to do and you’ll be set up in no time at all. You’ll find all the information you need to know in the section below.

Set up your access to mybarclaycard now

Already registered for mybarclaycard?

I am already registered for mybarclaycard

If you’re an existing Barclaycard customer and have already registered for mybarclaycard, simply log in as normal by selecting Log in to mybarclaycard. You should find your new Barclaycard account has automatically appeared beside your existing Barclaycard product(s). If you’ve forgotten your log in details, just click the on-screen links and follow the instructions to access your account again.

If your new Barclaycard account isn’t showing once you’ve logged in, don’t worry – just log out of your existing account, select Launch your account instead from this screen and you’ll be able to access your new account straight away. If you want to see your accounts in one place, simply contact us later and we will set this up for you.

Not yet launched mybarclaycard?

I am new to Barclaycard or have not registered before

If you’re new to Barclaycard, or you’re an existing customer who hasn’t registered for mybarclaycard before, you’ll need to Launch your account to access information such as statement records and recent transactions. You’ll need to have your new card to hand and follow the simple on-screen instructions. If we’ve notified you that you’re not receiving a new card you can still Launch your account, but you’ll need the letter we sent advising you of this, which has your account details on it, to log in.
