Purchase delivery protection

If you use your Barclaycard to pay for brand new products from a UK retailer, you’re protected in the event that your order is lost or damaged and you can’t get reimbursed by your supplier. You’re covered whether you’ve paid by mail order, online, over the phone or even in a shop, as long as your order was delivered to you.

How purchase delivery protection works

Only second hand products and antiques are not protected, although they may be included in your home contents insurance.
