Visa Olympic Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. There are a total 117 prizes to be won. Prizes are Olympics packages for two consisting of 2 Olympics tickets, bed and breakfast in a 4* London hotel, tour of the capital, £50 Visa giftcard to spend in Olympic Park and an Olympic Games themed goody bag.
2. The prize draw is only open to new Barclaycard customers, who do not already hold a Barclaycard credit card product.
3. The prize draw is only open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man), aged 18 or over, excluding employees and past employees of Barclays Bank PLC, or any other persons materially connected to the administration of the prize draw.

from 23.12.2011 to 31.01.2012 will be automatically entered into the draw when their card application has been accepted.
5. Three winners will be selected from each day of applications from 24.12.2011 to 31.01.2012.
6. The draw will take place by 09.02.2012 and will be supervised by an independent observer.
7. Winners will be notified by phone or post no later than 28.02.2012.
8. If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days from the draw date, an alternative winner will be drawn.
9. The name and county of the winners and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope to Barclaycard, PO BOX 9135, Leicester, LE18 9DJ within 28 days of the published closing date. No other correspondence will be entered into.

11. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
12. All entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
13. In the event that the prize is offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Barclaycard reserves the right to publish names, photographs and county of the winner or to publicize the prize-giving presentation after the date of the draw.
14. All entries become the property of Barclaycard and will not be returned.
15. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the promoter, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, offers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
