With Identity Protection Alert, it’s easier than you think to insure and protect your personal identity from the growing risk of fraud and to take action should you become a victim.

- the costs of clearing your name if you become a victim (excluding pre-existing cases).

Email or text message credit alerts

- receive alerts when there are significant changes to your credit report, an early warning of identity theft.

- if any identity theft situations arise, we’ll be on hand to help you resolve them.

What’s not covered?

  • Pre-existing cases of identity theft are excluded
  • Legal expenses must be notified to us and agreed by us before you incur costs
  • Loss of earnings will not exceed £500 per week and is only available for six weeks in a row
