Paperless Terms & Conditions

You agree to receive your monthly statements online. If you would prefer to receive paper statements, you have the option to switch to paper statements within mybarclaycard. Please note that the following communications you receive from us may still be in paper form.

• Any notices which we may need to send you (such as those relating to arrears or other defaults)

• Statements, when for example, you are in breech of your terms and conditions. When the problem on your account is rectified we will change your account back to online statements automatically.

• Other communications when we cannot use e-mail or text message.

Therefore, it is important that you keep us updated with any changes to you contact details. We will use your email address or mobile phone number that you supply us with to send you reminders when a new statement is ready to view online on mybarclaycard. We may also send you important notices electronically to the email address that you have given us. Don’t forget to tell us if you change your email address so that we can make sure that you can still receive these communications.
