Documents required to support your application

The additional documentation we need will depend on the legal structure of your business, and the table below sets out those requirements.  You must provide copies of at least two forms of acceptable identification, one selected from category A and one selected from category B.  It is not sufficient to provide one form of identification just because it appears in both category A and B.  

These should be returned to us, in addition to the documents highlighted in your email, using the pre-paid address label provided

Private Limited Company

One form of identification from each category below for each Executive Director.

Partnership or Limited Liability Partnership

One form of identification from each category below for each partner.

Charity

One form of identification from each category below for each trustee.

Public Limited Company (non-Listed)

One form of identification from each category below for each Executive Director.

The acceptable forms of identification for each category are listed below. You only need to send us a photocopy, not the original. The photocopy doesn’t need to be certified.
