Here’s a few things you will need before you begin your application and some important information about card insurance. 
To avoid any delay in your application, please ensure the details you supply are correct and up to date;

1. Your business details including business address, trading address and registered address (if they're different)
2. Company number if you have one.
3. Your bank details, including sort code and account number
4. Your annual business turnover
5. Details of your business partners or other business owners, including their date of birth, current home address and UK residential address history from the past 3 years (this is not applicable to sole traders)

Please note, only business owners or directors can be a stated applicant.
