PCI DSS Non-compliance charges

We’re aware that some customers have been charged a PCI DSS Non-Compliance Charge on their May statement in error – when they are PCI DSS compliant.

We’re really sorry for this mistake. We’re investigating this as a matter of urgency and will calculate any overcharges and refund them on June statements.

We’ll write to any affected customers in the next two weeks to confirm details of the reimbursement.
