To keep our colleagues safe, we have a very limited number of call centre colleagues supporting all of our business customers. That means it’s taking six working days to respond to customer queries. We know this is far from ideal but we are focussing on helping those businesses most in need.
There are lots of practical things you can do quickly online, like ordering replacement cards, amending Direct Debits, viewing statements, making payments or changing card holder details. Login or if you haven't yet used online servicing, login for the first time to start managing your account.
Barclaycard Business online servicing
To make managing your money easier at this time, you can do most of your everyday account management through Barclaycard Business online servicing 24/7. This service is available on desktop, tablet, or mobile - all you need to do is login.

Are you also a Barclays customer?
If you’re a Barclays customer as well as a Barclaycard Business cardholder, you can now use the updated Barclays app to manage your accounts in one place.
Already using the app? Just login. If you’re already using the app for your Barclays Bank account or your personal Barclaycard account, you’ll now be able to see your Barclaycard Business card account too.
You must have a Barclays or Barclaycard account, be aged 16 or over and have a mobile number to use the Barclays app. T&Cs apply.

New to Barclaycard Business online servicing?
If you’re logging in for the first time, just select ‘Not got your username?’ on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions.
You’ll need your PINsentry card reader to log in so keep this handy to enter your one-time authentication code when prompted. If you have a Barclays Bank account, you can also use Mobile PINsentry within the Barclays Mobile Banking app to generate a code.
