I have not received my MI report(s), why is this?

You will receive an email from us when the report is ready for collection; we aim to deliver your MI by close of business on the day of production.

It is also worth checking that old report(s) have been deleted from your PGP mailbox as we will be unable to deliver your MI if the PGP mailbox is full (approx 12MB).

Barclaycard will receive an email stating that the report(s) has not been delivered and will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to discuss.

The email recipient will also receive an email advising that we have been unable to deliver the report. We recommend that report(s) are retrieved on receipt of the email, saved as appropriate on your local drive, and then deleted from the PGP inbox.
