You can enter your card number to proceed. You'll find your long card number on the front of your Barclaycard and on your statements.

Once you're logged in you can change your security details at any time by selecting ‘Secure login details’ which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.

If you've forgotten both your passcode and your memorable word, please select the 'Forgotten passcode' link on the login screen and follow the on screen instructions.

From your bank

If you are a Barclays account holder you can pay using Barclays telephone or online banking services. You can also pay using the Barclays Mobile Banking app. You must be 16 or over and have a Barclays current account to use Barclays Mobile Banking. Terms and conditions apply.

If you are a non-Barclays account holder then you can pay via your respective bank's telephone and online services.

Please make sure you use your card number as the payment reference.

Using the Barclaycard app

In just a couple of taps on your mobile you can securely pay your bill whenever you like with the Barclaycard app and your debit card. It's simple, just log in using your Barclaycard app passcode

Select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay.

By calling us

You can pay over the phone by calling us on 0800 161 5213. You'll need your Barclaycard and your debit card to hand.

You can ask us to change your payment date by sending us a message from the ‘Help’ section of the Barclaycard app. Just tell us what date you'd like. There's no need to wait for our reply, just log back in when you’re ready to see if we’ve replied.

You can also get in touch and ask us to change your payment date. Just bear in mind that there’s a limit on the number of times you can change your payment due date. You can’t change it:

• if you’ve already changed it twice in the last 12 months
• if you’ve already changed it during the current or last statement period

When you make a payment online or over the phone you'll be advised straight away if your payment has been successful and we'll instantly provide you with a reference number/authorisation code.

If your payment is declined, we recommend you check the details you entered and try again. Also, check that your debit card has not expired or been replaced. If you are making a payment online and you have previously saved your card details, please check that your card has not expired or been replaced before you select it to make a payment.

If it has expired, or been replaced, please delete the out of date card and select ‘Use a different card’. If the payment is still declined by your debit card issuer you will need to contact them for more information.

Please note that payments are authorised straight away with your debit card issuer. This means you need to have cleared funds in your bank account when you're making the payment online.
