Better Together with Barclaycard Initial gives you:
A credit limit between £250 and £2,000 – subject to status
An interest rate of either 29.9% or 34.9% – depending on your individual circumstances, which we’ll confirm when you apply
The chance to help build your credit rating over time by making your minimum monthly payments on time and staying within your credit limit. However, your credit rating could be harmed if you don’t manage your Barclaycard sensibly

A few things to remember:
To be eligible, you’ll need to:
Hold a Barclays current or Cash Card account
Have your salary of at least £3,000 per annum paid into it, and
Pay your minimum monthly credit card statement by Direct Debit.
If you don’t currently have a Barclaycard current or Cash Card account, please speak to a Personal Banker in a Barclays branch to see if Better Together is suitable for you.

Remember to complete the salary mandate form and give it to your employer. If you've lost the form you received in branch, you can download a copy of it below:

Your salary must be paid into your Barclays current account. If this doesn't happen within 60 days, your application for a credit card will be cancelled
Once your salary is paid in to your Barclays current account, we'll check your eligibility for a Barclaycard Initial credit card. Once you receive your new card, you can start enjoying all the benefits that come as standard.
