Spring 2015
We introduced a new menu bar and our homepage was redesigned to include more of the services you’ve asked for, with some hints and tips about managing your account online
Summer/Autumn 2015
By September we’d created a new ‘Activity summary’ panel and put your recent transactions together on the homepage – and by December we’d introduced digital statements so that you can view and download up to 12 months of statements as a PDF
Winter 2015
We’re pleased to complete this year’s digital redesign with a completely new-look home screen – selected by you, the new layout makes it even easier to find the information you’re looking for and gives you better access to the services you need. Your statements have also been redesigned so all the important information you need is a whole lot clearer
