How do I change my date of birth?

If we've got the wrong date of birth for you, we'll need you to send us a covering letter, along with a copy of one of the following, so we can update our records:

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • EU National ID Card

We need this to meet regulatory requirements and to help protect you from fraud.
