What do I do if my secure message is longer than the maximum allowed?

If the secure message you send us through Barclaycard online servicing is longer than the maximum limit allowed, please tell us at the end of the first message that it’ll be continued in a second one. Once you’ve sent the first one, you can then start a new message - when you do, please tell us that it’s a continuation. However, to avoid any confusion, we recommend that you write the message within the 2000 character limit, if possible.

When you send us a secure message, we'll respond as soon as possible

You’ll also be offered the option to receive an email to notify you that we’ve responded to your message.

You can send a secure message by logging into Barclaycard online servicing and selecting 'Secure message centre', which you'll find under 'Help & support' in the top menu.

If you haven’t already, log into or register for Barclaycard online servicing.
