You need to ensure you’ve activated your new Barclaycard Visa account, before you can use Contactless Mobile.
You can activate your new Barclaycard account through Barclaycard online servicing, or by calling the Customer Services team.
If you've got a Cashback account and want to use your Visa card for a Contactless Mobile payment, you'll need to make sure you have the same PIN number on both cards.
