What happens to Contactless Mobile if I lose my device?

If your device is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately on 01604 230 230 or +44 1604 230 230 if you're abroad, so that we can block Contactless Mobile on your device.

Your credit card will still be available for you to use.

If you find your device, you can simply re-enable Contactless Mobile, by logging in to the Barclaycard app.

If you get a new device, then once you’ve installed the Barclaycard app, you can enable Contactless Mobile.
