I’m on holiday and the country I’m in has just been removed from the list of travel corridor countries. I’ll need to quarantine when I return and am unable to, can I claim a new return flight on section 75?

If your original flight is still running and hasn’t been cancelled, you won’t be able to claim under section 75. This is because the airline is still providing the service and you have chosen not to use it. If your flight has been cancelled and the airline hasn’t provided you with a suitable alternative to return home, you may be able to claim for the cost of an alternative return flight. You should check with the company you booked with to see if there is any flexibility or refund options with the booking you have made.
