Our Apple offer to get up to five months of free Apple Services ends on 24 September 2023. Here are some answers to questions you might have about what this means for you.
When does the offer end?
You can redeem the offer up to 11:59pm on 24 September 2023.
Can I activate my Apple subscriptions after the offer ends?
You have until 11:59pm on 31 October 2023 to use any activation codes you’ve received for Apple subscriptions.
What should I do if my activation codes don’t work?
Please contact email@example.com. We can send you replacement activation codes as long as you redeemed the offer by 24 September 2023.
What should I do if the replacement activation codes you sent me don’t work?
Go to Apple’s support page and:
- Under ‘More Devices and Services’ select ‘Billing & Subscriptions’
- Select ‘Subscriptions & Purchases’
- Select ‘Questions about Apple trial or promotion’
- Continue and then use the chat or call option to speak to someone.
Will my free trial end on 24 September if I’m part way through my trial period?
No – you can continue using your Apple subscriptions until the end of your free period. After that, Apple will charge you monthly for each service until you cancel the subscription.
Can I exchange my codes for money?
No – the activation codes can only be used for Apple subscriptions.
Is there any way to use my activation codes after 31 October 2023?
No – the codes will expire at 11:59pm on 31 October 2023
I ordered an iPhone through Barclays Partner Finance before 24 September 2023 but the phone was delivered after this date – can I still redeem the offer?
Yes – as long as we approved your finance agreement before 24 September.
What should I do if I ordered an iPhone through Barclays Partner Finance on or before the 13 September and haven’t received my codes after a few days?
Your codes will arrive within a few days of either 19 or 25 September, depending on the date your finance agreement started. If your email hasn’t arrived by then, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
