You might not be able to see rewards in your app for any of the following reasons:
- Your transaction isn’t eligible for rewards. Please check your card’s terms and conditions. You’ll find them under 'Statements and documents' in our app
- Your transaction has been disputed. In this case, your rewards will be suspended until the dispute has been resolved
- The transaction is still pending. Rewards earned on a transaction will only appear once the transaction has been approved
