If you run into trouble when you're abroad, our Worldwide Assistance helpline is open Monday to Sunday, 8am – 8pm to help you out.
We can offer:
- a local English-speaking lawyer or doctor
- transport to get you home as soon as possible
- an interpreter to assist you with the local language
- a messaging service so you can get in touch with home.
You can also register your passport, camera, laptop and iPod serial numbers with us before you travel, so we can help you with police reports and insurance claim forms, if anything goes missing or is stolen.
