If you're able to follow your complaint on Barclaycard Track It, you'll have been sent a text message, with details on how to log in. If you've not received the text message, then unfortunately, your complaint can't be tracked online.
If you've submitted more than one complaint, you’ll receive a complaint reference number for each product.
If your complaint relates to a Barclays product, e.g. loan or overdraft, you may be able to track the status of your complaint on Barclays Track It, if you’ve been supplied with login details.
