I don't have my mobile phone with me so I can't confirm it's me by one-time verification code. What should I do?

If you're trying to log in, you may be able to use the card security code (CVV) off the back of your Barclaycard instead. If you're unable to do this, then you will need to call us to help you with your query.

If you're trying to reset your details you'll need to call us to do this.

If you're shopping online you'll need to choose a different way to confirm it's you. You may be able to select PINsentry or if you're registered for the app and have a Wi-Fi connection you can confirm it's you with just a few taps. If you don't have either of these options you may need to wait until you have your phone to hand before trying again.  You need to be 18 or over to use the app. T&Cs apply.
