I'm not getting any alerts to let me know my statement's ready to view. What should I do?

In the Barclaycard app

Select the profile button at the top left of the ‘Accounts’ page to view and update your personal details. Select ‘More’ then ‘Manage accounts’ and you’ll see an option to edit your statement preferences.

You need to be 18 or over to access this product or service using the app. T&Cs apply.

In Barclaycard online servicing

Your contact details are under the ‘Manage account' tab at the top of the home page. You can scroll down to see your 'Alerts and notifications' settings and edit them.

If you haven’t registered for either of these, you’ll need to do this first. Make sure you’ve got your card with you as you’ll need to enter its details.
