Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)

We recently wrote to you as our records show that you purchased a PPI policy. We’ve identified problems with the sale of some PPI policies, which may mean we’ve mis-sold you PPI – but this will depend on your individual circumstances.

Please note the deadline to submit a PPI complaint is August 29th 2019. This will supersede any date that you may have been given in the letter we have sent you.

If you think we may have mis-sold you PPI, or you have been affected by any of the problems identified in the letter we sent you, you should raise a complaint and quote the reference number on your letter.
