How do I make a PPI complaint?

3. How do I make a PPI complaint?

If you want to make a complaint about a Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) policy you bought from Barclaycard, you can follow our quick and fair process. We’ll tell you how to register your complaint and how long the process will take. Plus, you can find the answers to some common questions about PPI.

For Barclays, Firstplus or if you had a Secured Barclayloan, please visit the Barclays website.

On 2 March 2017, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published their final rules and guidance for PPI complaints. For more information, please visit the FCA website.

We are currently reviewing the new guidance. However, in the meantime, our customers can continue to submit their complaints via our online complaints tool, over the telephone, in writing or in branch.

Using our Online PPI form to submit your PPI complaint is the quickest way to submit your complaint to us.

The PPI form will take around 30 minutes to complete. You can’t save your progress on the form so you’ll need to complete it in one go.
