If you want to make a complaint about a Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) policy you bought from Barclaycard, you can follow our quick and fair process.

We’ll tell you how to register your complaint and how long the process will take. Plus, you can find the answers to some common questions about PPI.

Using our Online PPI form to submit your PPI complaint is the quickest way to submit your complaint to us.

The PPI form will take around 30 minutes to complete. You can’t save your progress on the form so you’ll need to complete it in one go.
