How do I become set-up to take pre-authorisations?

This option is only available for certain types of businesses - hotels, car rental businesses and mail order/telephone order retailers using ePDQ Lite. Pre-authorisations can be used where there's a likelihood of a large value transaction (a hotel or car hire bill, for example). To activate pre-authorisation on your PDQ call us on 0844 811 6666*. Please have your bank details to hand, as we'll need to complete a security check prior to make the change to your account.
