When do I complete a Merchant Voucher Summary (MVS)?

The three-part Merchant Summary Voucher (MVS) needs to be completed before you deposit the Bank copy of your sales and refund vouchers at Barclays Bank or send the vouchers to us for processing. Each batch of vouchers must be accompanied by part three (the white copy) of the completed MVS. No more than 20 vouchers should accompany each MVS.
