Yes. If you’re using our Data Security Manager (DSM) or Proactive Security Service (PSS), we’ll be in touch to remind you. That’s why it’s important you keep your DSM/PSS contact details up to date so we can contact you. We’ll also post you a letter to give you 60 days’ notice ahead of your compliance status expiring, and we’ll also explain what you can expect from us at this point.
