Can I send my PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) by email?

Unfortunately, we do not accept emailed SAQs.

We developed the Data Security Manager (DSM) portal to provide a secure and straightforward method for you to complete your Self-Assessment Questionnaire and communicate your compliance with the PCI DSS to us.

We also offer the Proactive Security Service (PSS) as an upgrade to DSM. This provides a greater level of support for our self-assessing customers through a ‘hand-held’ approach, whereby our specialist team will contact you to talk you through the whole process with the aim of you achieving and maintaining compliance with the PCI DSS.

If you have already completed a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) without the assistance of DSM or PSS, we still need to know that you are compliant with the PCI DSS. Therefore, we require you to upload your valid Attestation of Compliance or completed Self-Assessment Questionnaire to the DSM portal.
