A company has charged me the wrong amount. What can I do?

If you have been charged a different amount to the figure that is on your receipt, please either call our Disputes Team on 0800 008 008* or email**.

We will need the following to progress your claim A copy of the receipt showing the correct amount and at least the last four digits of your card number How you have tried to resolve this with the company and any response given

** Please include your surname and the last 12 digits of your card number in the email subject line. For security, please do not use the full 16 digit card number.
