A company has taken more payments after I cancelled my subscription. How can I claim my money back?

We can claim back any payments taken after the date you cancelled. Please either call our Disputes Team on 0800 008 008* or email GCPDisputes@barclaycard.co.uk** with the name of the company, the date of the last payment and the date and method you used to cancel the payments.

If you have any email correspondence to confirm the date you requested the cancellation or confirmation from the merchant that it has been cancelled this will help the dispute case. Once Barclaycard has been made aware that you have cancelled a subscription we will monitor your account and claim back any future payments taken.
