How do I cancel a subscription?

We can help cancel future recurring payments from your account. You should also cancel the subscription directly with the company you took it out with. Some companies may refund the subscription if you haven't used the service when you contact them to cancel.

To cancel the payment please either call our Disputes Team on 0800 008 008* or email**.

Let us know the name of the company and the date of the last payment or the date you expect the first payment to be taken. We can only claim back any payments taken after the date you have cancelled. Please be aware that when a card is no longer required and is closed, if subscriptions are not cancelled the card will still be debited as Barclaycard is a guaranteed method of payment.
