How do I give a Third Party Provider (TPP) permission to access my account?

You need to speak to the TPP to find out how you can give them your permission to access your account. We can’t comment on the process the TPP will follow.

Depending on the services being used, you will also need to give your permission to us or verify your identity within our online platforms.

For Account Information Services (AIS) this is done by company administrators, whilst for Confirmation of Funds (CoF) this is done by either cardholders (for physical card solutions) or by company administrators (for virtual card solutions).
