I ordered samples/free trials from a company and now I have incurred extra costs, what can I do?

You may have been asked to enter personal details for postage and packaging of sample products or trial terms. At the time you may not have realised that the company was asking for permission to take further payments from your account through their terms and conditions.

We may be able to help you if you have cancelled with the company before they have taken a payment, if you wish to stop future payments from being made to the company, or if you haven’t received goods that were paid for.
